Sola’s spheres of operation, objectives and current philosophies

SOLA Resource Corp. is a Canadian and US listed company with interests in bedrock-diamond exploration in Canada and Brazil, maganese deposits in the State of Rondônia, Brazil and in gold  deposits in British Columbia, Canada. The Company also holds the rights to an 80% interest in a diamond-bearing kimberlite near Espigão d’Oeste in Rondônia (the Carolina Kimberlite pipe). At this time of reduced investment interest in diamond projects, the Company has placed its diamond exploration efforts on “care and maintainence” and is currently investigating the potential of the manganese deposits in Rondônia for the creation of a cash flow to help fund all of its international exploration activities.

    The new Sola Resource Corp. team is focused upon its quest to find mineable and profitable mineral resources in Brazil and Canada. We have chosen Brazil and Canada as our spheres of operation for we recognize a multiplicity of advantages over many other international arenas of exploration in 2009. Brazil is a pro-mining country with outstanding potentials for the discovery of mineral resources and with a strong commitment to sustained mining development.

    Brazil's NW frontier in Rondônia State is the site of a number of small mining operations for gold, tin and manganese and has been the site of discoveries of diamondiferous kimberlites in recent years. The Roosevelt Indian Reservation, only 70 kilometers east of Sola’s claims, is probably the richest source of bedrock diamonds in the history of South America.

    Sola’s recent acquisition of an option on a gold-bearing property in British Columbia emphasizes our new corporate policy of geographic- and commodity-diversification.

    Our corporate strategy is to avoid starting along the often expensive and taxing road of "grassroots" exploration within regions fraught with geographic, climatic, fiscal and social barriers. Instead, our aim is to begin our ventures in an accessible areas blessed with equable physical- and social-climates and endowed with proven mineral resource potentials. In this manner we aim to bring a chance of accelerated success and rewards to our shareholders.
